Premium European Timber
We work exclusively with top-grade European beech, oak and ash — kiln-dried, FSC® certified, and selected specifically for show wood applications where appearance matters as much as engineering.
European Beech
Our primary material. Dense, even-grained and exceptional under CNC — beech machines to a flawless surface and takes stain, lacquer and paint with consistent results. The go-to choice for turned sofa legs, tapered legs and milled profiles.
European Oak
Chosen for its distinctive grain character and natural durability. Oak show wood components carry a visual warmth and weight that signals premium — ideal for furniture lines where the timber itself is the design statement.
European Ash
Valued for its pronounced grain pattern, elasticity and light colour palette. Ash is popular for Scandinavian and contemporary-styled legs and feet, especially where a strong, visible grain is part of the brief.
From Raw Timber to Ready-to-Fit
Every component can leave our factory fully finished — no further work required at your end. Our in-house finishing department handles the full spectrum.
Lacquering
Robotic spray lines with programmed parameters for consistent film thickness and sheen. Gloss, satin and matt finishes, clear or pigmented.
Staining
Custom colour matching to RAL, NCS or physical samples. Water-based and solvent-based stains for different grain reveal and depth effects.
Oiling & Waxing
Natural-look finishes that preserve the tactile quality of the wood. UV-resistant formulations available for lighter timber tones.
Paint
Full coverage opaque paint in any colour. Smooth or textured finishes, suitable for both contemporary and traditional furniture lines.
Sustainably Sourced. Fully Traceable.
Styrczula holds FSC® Chain of Custody certification. Every piece of timber we process can be traced from forest to finished product — meeting the sustainability requirements of major UK and European retailers without additional compliance effort on your part.
